4.2 We also provide the means for you to grant or withhold your permission for us to contact you. We do this by using an opt-in box. We use these to gain your permission to contact you about your enquiry, this is never used for marketing emails.

7.3 Google Analytics is one of the third parties we use to provide us with information about how users use our website.

8.1 The information you provide when filling out our contact form on the website is kept on a cloud based Hosted Exchange Server that has built in security against spam and viruses. The datacentres for this service are based in the UK so your data will not leave the UK.
8.2 We invest in high-quality security and do our utmost to protect user privacy. No data transmission over the Internet can be entirely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and/or use of the website. Any information that you send is at your own risk and may be read by others. However, once we have received your personal information we use strict procedures to protect the security of your personal information.

9.1 We never sell personal information, or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

10.1 The personal information that we collect from you is kept in UK based datacentres that comply with Privacy regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
